What is happening generally this spring at Good to Go Contracting, any interesting projects?
Spring is an interesting time for projects. We see all areas of the business picking up from the winter and snow season, we work with a lot of other contractors and builders as well as homeowners, residential and commercial clients that are looking to take on their projects and get a good start or to have it all finished by summer, so it can be enjoyed and ticked off the to-do list.
How have you enjoyed serving the North Shore community and beyond with best-in-class full-service contracting?
We love working on the north shore, it has amazing diversity, no two projects are the same. It is great to be a part of this growing and thriving community, to see how far it has come since we grew up here as kids, and to help shape the future for our kids and familes.
Given the weather is getting better, what can you suggest for homeowners who want to upgrade their landscaping?
As we shift into spring now is the best time to start thinking about your landscaping. Don’t wait until summer is here, plan now to enjoy when the good weather is here. It takes planning in advance to have things set up properly for the sunshine months.
For people who are building a new home on a lot on the North Shore, what are some initially suggested considerations for landscaping?
Whether it is your forever home or investment property, having that clean slate is the best time and opportunity to create an amazing outdoor space to compliment your new home. The most important for building a new home on the north shore, with the terrain we have, is to ensure good slope stabilization and drainage. Don’t leave that old retaining wall!
