|How did you get started with your business and what do you like about operating in North Vancouver?|
|My grandfather, Gino, first started this business by purchasing industrial property and building/renovating small multi-tenant warehouse complexes in North Vancouver. Now, as a third generation family member, I am involved in managing acquisitions, property management, leasing and development for Westrock Property. My father, brother and I work alongside Gino, who is still actively involved at 85. Although our portfolio has grown to include properties in various other cities across the Lower Mainland, Penticton and Whistler/Squamish, our headquarters remain in North Vancouver.|
|What are the light-industrial warehouse style spaces that you offer to customers?|
|We manage, build and lease to a niche market of small businesses, entrepreneurs and manufacturers. The majority of our properties have smaller industrial, office and commercial spaces for lease that typically range from 1200sf – 3000sf.|

|Before operating your local business what were you doing for work or a career?|
|Before taking an active role in my family’s business, I was attending Capilano University where I attained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an Advanced Diploma in Marketing, and then continued on to get my Masters in International Business (MScIB).|
|Outside of operating your business what do you get up to for activities in your personal time?|
|I live for doing anything active outside, which living in North Vancouver is key. I love hiking, biking, walking, snowboarding, lounging in the sun on a patio with a beer. There is really no end to the things you can do and see here on the shore.|
|Lastly, is there anything else you might want our readers to know about you or your business?|
|I love the fact that we are a small family-run business that creates and provides spaces for other small businesses and entrepreneurs to fulfill their goals. It is great to see what some tenants do with the spaces and we love to watch these small businesses grow. We are unique from other property management companies, with a small team of only 6 full-time employees. We all work together to successfully operate and manage over 300 tenants and 25+ properties.|
