Located in Deep Cove North Vancouver, Dip Co. Delights is a family-run business with delicious food products imported from Europe as well as serving Florentine-style sandwiches and charcuterie boards to go. It’s what we like to call a “deli-market” wherein you can get stuff to eat there at the shop or to take home with you. Given the wharf and park are close to the storefront it’s also fun to go for a stroll while enjoying the sandwich. How did you get started with your deli-market and what do you like about operating in Deep Cove?
We have been in a similar business for over 23 years in West End Vancouver. Decided to move our dream of having a unique place to our own neighborhood, here in North Vancouver.
What are your most popular food or drink items and your inspiration(s) in creating them?
#1 – we bake the most delicious bread, in the house and stuff it with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Make all of our souse as well #2- our name ” Dip Co” comes from the fact that we make all of our Dips ourselves and have been in newspapers for Best of Vancouver, numerous times
What makes your sandwich shop, deli, and market different than similar businesses in your industry?
Our food is made with a passion in-house and done by hand with our family-run company and staff. We share unique tastes through hand-selected products and brands imported from Europe.
What do you currently offer for ongoing day-to-day specials or happy hour promotions?
Great selection of sandwiches for Vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers.
Before operating your sandwich shop and European product marketplace, what were you up to?
I have had a deli store in downtown Vancouver in the West End for over 22 years before we moved to Deep Cove.
Outside of operating your business what do you get up to for activities in your personal time?
Enjoy my time with my kids, go for hikes and spend time in nature, of course, out for dinner with friends or hosting a party at home.

We try to make your experience in our shop a very memorable one. From the sandwich menu to our shelves items, we thrive to bring only the most unique and best value to our customers.
