Kind reminder to wash your hands and avoid touching your face.

With the current state of the world in terms of the global pandemic associated with the COVID19 Coronavirus, we are both sad and hopeful that things will turn around and get better fast. Of course this kind of thing is epic bad news, but not all of the associated results of the virus are entirely bad. We are trying to look on the bright side in one instance. Which is hard.

Working from home should be the norm when it comes to people who are working from their laptop, desktop, smartphone or tablet. If you work for a company that wants you to come into the office because that’s the way things have always been done, you must know that is entirely irrational. Businesses can save tons of overhead operational capital by not having unnecessary leased office space and minimizing their real estate footprint in that way.

For operating our magazine we have contractors and stakeholders around the world who we tap into for various workflow needs. As well as the core group of people working with us are always working remotely. As you can use your brain and technology devices from sitting anywhere on earth and still get the same results. Video conferencing helps groups get together for meetings.

Lets hope that companies globally revisit their logic in requiring people to come into the office and that stays as an ongoing way of life into the future.
