As we approach Halloween next week we wanted to suggest, like many others have been doing, that if you go out with your kids ‘trick or treating‘ please wear clothing that is visible in the dark, go out in groups to keep things as safe as possible, check your candy before you eat it at home, and generally be mindful of your surroundings to ensure a safe and fun night for everyone.

Halloween in the Lonsdale Avenue corridor of North Vancouver is both tons of fun and very beautiful with all of the gorgeous fall colours lining the roadways and yards. In particular in Upper Lonsdale where there are homes with large properties and an abundance of old growth trees. Upper Lonsdale is also great for your kids to go ‘trick or treating’ as many of the home owners give out full size chocolate bars instead of the little bite sized ones.
