| How did you get started with Naikoon Contracting and what do you like about operating in North Vancouver? |
| Naikoon was relaunched in North Vancouver in 2009 with a focus on constructing custom homes, commercial buildings and renovations which were more conscious of the environment while also using innovative methods of construction. Operating in North Vancouver has such a small town feel and such a great sense of community which reminds me in some odd ways of my birthplace town of Masset, Haida Gwaii. North Vancouver, especially Lower Lonsdale, is like a little town in a big City. A great place to do business and enjoy life. |

| Naikoon is a Construction Management firm and we specialize in planning and executing innovative projects throughout British Columbia. We are experienced leaders in delivering Custom homes, Commercial buildings and Renovation projects which target high levels of energy performance like Passive House and Net Zero, as well as projects which are constructed out of wood and use components which are pre-fabricated and/or constructed off-site. This minimizes waste and also limits the impact to the surrounding neighbourhood during construction. |

| Before operating your local business what were you doing for work or a career? |
| I have been in the construction business for my entire adult life, as well as throughout my teenage years in the summers. This is all I know. I started as a Carpenter and earned a Red Seal Certification and have been running different construction businesses for 17 years now. This is year 11 for Naikoon and we’ve grown every day and I still wake up excited to go to work! |
| Outside of operating your business what do you get up to for activities in your personal time? |
| Spending time with my family, golfing , gardening and sitting around in my back yard. North Vancouver has so many things to do and see we are blessed to call this place home. |
