Now that fall is pretty much in full swing, the North Shore mountains in Upper Lonsdale are going to be very active with tourism visitors for snow sports and that’s one of the reasons that makes Lonsdale Avenue so special. A world class waterfront at Lonsdale Quay beside the Shipyards Commons District and a truly accessible high street all the way North to the top. Adjacent to the best outdoor activities anywhere on earth and going right across highway 1 which makes driving easy for shopping in the corridor and visiting friends.

North Van Run – has held 4 amazing local running events in 2019 for families who live locally and those who may want to participate regionally.
North Shore News – a resident of North Vancouver recently won the lottery taking home a cool $675,000 and posed for local media photos.
Reddit – there was a bright light spotted hovering over North Vancouver in the Lonsdale corridor and many comments trying to decide what it is.
Georgia Straight – legendary Canadian sprinter Harry Jerome from North Vancouver honoured on Google with a graphic design of him.

Vancouver Sun – the craft micro brewery district in Lower Lonsdale beside The Shipyards is growing with a few new local spots opening recently.
North Van Museum – is preparing to open their new location down at the waterfront in Lower Lonsdale showing archives and history from the area.
Daily Hive – proposed North Vancouver redevelopment with 341 homes includes rent-to-own options which are great for working families.
City of North Van – publishes a weekly article called City View showcasing whats happening for current events in the Lonsdale Avenue corridor.

Rolla Skate Club – on October 5th at the Shipyards development where the waterpark was located is going to be a pop-up roller skating rink for all.
