Coordinated has been in business on the North Shore since 1974, owned by Michael Phillips and operated by a core team including his family, designers and trades. We’ve seen many trends come and go over the years but Coordinated likes to focus on classic timeless design that people on the North Shore tend to appreciate and we’ve found this style of design has kept us in business. We like the North Shore community because we make long term connections, there’s just something special about North Van residents. For example we’ll do a renovation for a family with older children, then years later their kids will come and do a renovation with us in their own home, we appreciate those kinds of business relationships, they feel more like friendships than clients.
What kinds of homes, condos and projects do you work on locally?
We focus on residential kitchen and bathroom renovations, but we can help you with other elements of your home if you choose to do a kitchen or bath remodel with us we can add on flooring, fireplaces, trim work, stair railings and more. We work in either condos or houses and take care of everything from design, project management, construction and garbage removal to final completion.

We focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels and don’t do new construction, but we will partner with your new build contractor and do your kitchen or bathroom for you. We specialize in the details of kitchen design, knowing how to create the most functional layout for your space and using the latest technology to achieve results. This is something your general contractor may not focus on since they’re thinking of the bigger picture.
