It’s definitely fair to say that the community of North Vancouver is thoughtful and caring of one another as neighbors, coworkers, and friends. When you walk down Lonsdale Avenue or other areas of the city and say hello and make eye contact, it is generally reciprocated and genuine in return. This is what makes the Lonsdale corridor so special and a great place to develop roots.
With that said, as a caring thoughtful local resident you may want to consider giving back to the community directly with your time or resources at your disposal. Volunteering with local charities, donating your old clothes and blankets, helping with monetary donations and non perishable food items, or similar.
