Art World Expo is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a 2-day event on April 1-2, 2023. The event will take place at The Pipe Shop in North Vancouver, BC. The theme is “The Hands of Time: The Past and the Future,” and the dress code is inspired by either the past or the future.

On Friday, March 31, there will be a 19+ only anniversary party featuring vendors, an art walk down memory lane, fashion shows, a body painting competition, musical performances, silent and live auctions, and a bar. Saturday and Sunday will be open to all ages and the general public, with vendors, live demonstrations, guest speakers, food trucks, auctions, and more.

VIP tickets include entry to the Friday night gala and the weekend pass, a custom fashion accessory by a local designer, a limited signed art print by event founder and artist Monika Blichar, a drink ticket and goodies from local businesses, VIP admission, and a swag bag valued at $200.

Friday night tickets are $40+GST for regular admission and $100+GST for VIP admission. Saturday and Sunday admission tickets are $10+GST for regular admission.

The event will feature over 100 artists showing and selling their original work, including painting, photography, installation, sculpture, fashion, jewelry, and accessories. There will also be a body painting competition, silent and live auctions, live painting, artist demonstrations, live performances, and musical guests. Food and drinks will be available, as well as activities for children.

The event is a fundraiser for the Make and Break Arts Foundation. Photo ID is required for the Friday night gala, which is 19+ only. All ages are welcome on Saturday and Sunday. Parking is available for a fee, and there will be mandatory bag checks at the door. Reproduction or reposting of an artist’s work without permission is illegal and can infringe copyright.

Tickets are limited, and there are no refunds after purchase. Contact information will be collected for promotional purposes, but will not be shared.
